Many customers order a power cord, the electrical technology department will ask the Qiaopu a critical issue, that is, how to improve the power cord product performance issues. Today, Qiaopu Electric Technology Section will publicly display the answer:
1. Using reasonable winding, embedded processing lines
For the inverter motor, the quality of the wire and insulation integrity and other requirements are higher.
Therefore, the winding, embedded wire, banding and other processing must be strictly controlled, especially in the winding, embedded line process to prevent damage to wires, the process should ensure that the embedded line slot insulation, phase insulation in place. Phase insulation should be easy to paint soaked insulation materials; coil end should enhance banding, fixed to ensure that end as a whole, using the VPI and rotating baking curing process, but also help to improve the overall mechanical strength of insulation.

As mentioned above, due to impedance mismatch, coupling the power cord length with enhanced motor terminal over-voltage amplitude increases, which helps lead to partial discharge. To this end, the frequency of the motor manufacturer should be fully aware of the power used by a variety of frequency to determine the limits of the length of the cable link, and told the user to minimize voltage amplitude over the motor end, to avoid partial discharge, extend the motor life.
